Terms and Conditions for Registration and Participation in the TT Global Book Of Record :
1) Eligibility and participant requirements
Open to individuals or teams as defined by the event (single-participant, duo, team, etc.).
Participants must meet age and health prerequisites (e.g., minimum age; medical clearance if required).
Participants must not be currently suspended or disqualified from related competitions or from participation in the event by the organizers.
2) Registration process and deadlines
Registration must be completed through the official event platform within the stated registration window.
Each participant or team receives a unique confirmation/ID number upon successful registration.
Non-refundable registration fees may apply; refunds, transfers, and waitlists should be defined in the policy.
Missing or incorrect information may result in denial of entry until corrected.
3) Documentation requirements
Valid government-issued photo ID (or acceptable alternative) for identity verification.
Proof of age (if applicable) and any required guardian consent for minors.
Emergency contact information and any required medical clearances or waivers.
Completed participant agreement, consent to data collection, and publicity permissions.
4) Health, safety, and medical prerequisites
Participants must meet safety standards specified by the organizers (e.g., medical clearance, fitness requirements).
On-site safety assessment and mandatory safety gear or equipment as defined for the event.
Participants must disclose any conditions or limitations that could affect performance or safety.
Organizers reserve the right to deny participation based on safety concerns or risk to self/others.
5) Scope and rules of the record attempt
The specific record being attempted, plus exact start/finish definitions, method, and criteria for success.
Maximum number of attempts per participant/team and required rest periods between attempts.
Any allowed or prohibited aids, equipment, or modifications that affect measurement.
Clear instructions on how ties are resolved and how final results are determined.
6) Verification, timing, and measurement standards
Official timers and measurement devices must be used as specified.
Evidence required: documented measurements, witness statements, and multi-angle video recording (with timestamps), plus any required third-party verifier.
All recordings and logs must be retained and submitted in the approved format and within deadlines.
Adjudicators have final authority on whether an attempt meets the record criteria.
7) Equipment, venue, and environmental guidelines
Allowed equipment must meet defined specifications; modifications may be restricted or prohibited.
Prohibited items include anything that provides an unfair advantage or poses safety risks.
Venue-specific rules (dimensions, surface, layout, lighting, noise limits, etc.) must be followed.
Equipment calibration and safety checks must be conducted as directed.
8) Conduct, ethics, and anti-cheating policy
No cheating, tampering, or use of prohibited substances or devices that unfairly influence results.
Sportsmanship and respectful behavior toward participants, officials, volunteers, and spectators.
Any observed misconduct must be reported to organizers; penalties for violations will be defined.
Conflicts of interest or influence that could compromise integrity must be disclosed.
9) Privacy, publicity, and intellectual property
Consent is required to publish participant names, images, videos, and results.
Organizers may use name, likeness, and result information for promotional purposes.
Data collected during registration and participation will be stored and processed per applicable privacy laws; participants can request access or deletion where allowed.
10) Disqualification, appeals, and dispute resolution
Clear grounds for disqualification (e.g., safety non-compliance, rule violations, fraud, or failure to provide required documentation).
